Aerial Yoga Class WAITLIST Request Form

Our aerial yoga teachers in training need students to practice on! These FREE classes are a chance for them to practice on real students. In exchange we ask you to stay after the class to ask and answer questions and to give them feedback on how things felt for you. Plan for a one hour class and then another 20-30 minutes afterwards for feedback.
This form does not guarantee your spot in a class, we will email you to confirm. These classes are very small, and if you do sign up we are counting on you to show up. Please do not sign up if you are not 100% certain you can attend.
