Pullups are one of the best exercises for functional full body strength. Whether you’re striving to achieve your first dead-hang pull-up, or simply looking to do more, this clinic is for you! Aerialists make a living by pulling their body weight up time and again, so we know the pull-up inside and out. We’ll work to build increased shoulder stability and strength, back and core engagement, and grip strength. If you can’t yet do one pull-up this clinic will get your started on your journey; if you currently pump out multiples, this clinic will give you new goals to strive for.
