Beginner Sequencing Classes

Join us for our new Sequencing Classes, starting in September! These classes are for the experienced beginner to build skills and a sequence over a period of 4 weeks. A new theme or sequence starts each month. Beginner Sling & Silk Sequencing Class Times: Mondays 10am Fridays 5pm Beginner Trapeze & Lyra Sequencing Class Times: Thursdays 10am Pre-requisites for Beginner Sequencing Classes: Sling/Silk: Comfort and ease with a variety of beginner aerial postures, including back straddle, half hip key, basic stand, figure 8 footlock. If you’re not sure, just ask us if you’re ready! Trapeze/Lyra: Comfort and ease with a variety of beginner aerial postures, including aerial dancing or vine climb mount, knee hang, star pose, pike under the bar. If you’re not sure, just ask us if you’re ready! For Level 1/2 students, we’re adding more level 1/2 sequencing classes as well. Level 1/2 Sling & Silk Sequencing Class Times: Tuesdays 5pm Level 1/2 Trapeze & Lyra Sequencing Class Times: Fridays 6pm

Wizard of Oz Showcase

Join us for the next installment of our Student and Staff showcases! To prepare for the showcases, our intermediate and advanced students work together to create each act and the show as a whole. You’ll get to enjoy acts on Aerial Silks, Aerial Hoop, Trapeze/Fabreze, Acrobalance, Aerial Sling, and more. Seating is limited and advance registration needed to guarantee your spot. Intro to Aerial Friday Series

New Friday night Intro to Aerial 10-week Series! We are now offering a Friday night Intro Series.  Intro to Aerial is a great way for beginners to start an aerial practice. This 10 week series introduces beginners to the four most common aerial circus apparatuses. This includes the Aerial Sling, Aerial Silks, Static Trapeze and Aerial Hoop. These classes are perfect for absolute beginners or students who want a chance to explore different apparatuses. Each class builds progressively on information learned from the previous week and by the end of the series each student will be able to link a short sequence of poses. Fabreze Mini-Series

Fabreze: The Fabric Trapeze In this 3-week mini-series, you’ll learn to work with an unique apparatus that combines aerial fabric with trapeze. It’s the best of both worlds! It’s a great way to make the crossover from steel to fabric (or vice versa) or an excellent opportunity to put previous cross training to good use. Next Level Acro Series

Next Level Acro Series

Acro Sunday Funday! Our Acro classes are back on the schedule and we’re adding a new Acro Series to the schedule. The all levels acro class starts in September and the new Next Level Series starts in October. Mixed Level Class starts September 10th This class is for anyone interested in developing the skills to balance their own or someone else’s body. Class includes handstanding and other inversions, partner acro, conditioning, and stretching. No experience is required to take this class, and no partner is required…all levels including beginners are welcome and encouraged to attend. Register for the mixed level class Next Level Acro Series starts October 8th The Next Level Acro Series are for students who have passed our Acro Series Level Test. Students are expected to sign up with a partner or partners and be available to attend all of the classes in the month long series. Each month will focus on a different skill set. October Series Acro Trio This series runs for 4 weeks and is for students who have passed the Acro Series Level Test.
