These classes are great for you if you want a little more challenge, but aren’t ready to level up to the next level yet.   Each month the instructor will present a short sequence that flows together nicely and can be the basis for the level up test or future choreography. Beginner Class pre-requisites: basic understanding of how to get on and off apparatus as well as enough classes to have learned the basic beginner skills.
