Sequencing Classes

Sequencing Classes

Sequencing Classes These classes start fresh at the beginning of each month. These classes are great for you if you want a little more challenge, but aren’t ready to level up to the next level yet.   Each month the instructor will present a short sequence that flows together nicely and can be the basis for the level up test or future choreography. Beginner Class pre-requisites: basic understanding of how to get on and off apparatus as well as enough classes to have learned the basic beginner skills. Level 1/2 Class pre-requisites: have passed the level 1/2 test for the apparatus or instructor permission. Look for these classes on the schedule.

Visiting Instructors

Visiting Instructors

Interested in teaching a workshop at Aerial Fit? Read on to learn more about us and our teachers and students, then contact us with more information about yourself. These are the qualifications we evaluate when considering hosting a visiting instructor. First and foremost we want to give our students an opportunity to learn from experienced instructors. Teaching Experience: We want to know how much experience you have teaching the discipline and skills you are planning on presenting. At the time of this writing, the owners of Aerial Fit have just under 9,000 hours each of teaching time on aerial apparatuses and have developed very clear progressions for students of all levels. As a basic guideline, approximately 500 hours of teaching experience would be expected with visiting instructors. Please let us know how many teaching hours you have for the discipline you’d like to present. This should not include training time or performance time. We understand that it can be hard to get experience and the following criteria help tremendously in making up for less teaching experience. Home base teaching location: We want to know where you have taught in the past. Please let us know the main location where you have […]
